12 lucky Edmondson clients were invited courtesy of Miele Appliances to one of our exclusive Events. They were treated to a wonderful array of dishes freshly prepared in the Edmondson Interiors showroom by MasterChef: The Professionals finalist, Sven-Hansen Britt.
Sven was superbly assisted by Miele’s Kirsty Racki, who talked us through the preparation and cooking of three marvellous dishes.
First we were treated to a delicious Spinach and Asparagus Welsh Rarebit Tart, which everyone loved. The combination of the freshest soft poached egg and the spinach was to die for.
Followed by a superb fish course, where Sven used his favourite fish Hake, which he is championing throughout the country.
To finish we had a truly memorable Autumn berries meringue pudding, this was a twist on his summer creation. The meringues were superb.
What great fun and delicious evening . We would like to say a big thank you to Sven, Kirsty,Hilary and the team at Miele.
