More bespoke than ever designs are now being created by the Edmondson interiors team as you may have seen from our impressive recent coverage in national interior magazines.

The showroom has also been seeing some exciting renovations and which are now complete, and we had a hugely successful opening event on Thursday 11th February.

The changes are immensely exciting, innovative and creative to showcase the very best of Edmondson Interiors bespoke kitchen possibilities.

The flagship is the Egeiro panel design. The initial design has been utilised in a working kitchen in our showroom. It is constructed from solid oak. It is contemporary and the design features a raised door and drawer panel, hence egeiro the Greek for raised. We believe this a unique design. We are not aware of another contemporary kitchen in the market made from solid oak.

Our designers are working on hybrid designs using other materials. This will spawn a number of sample doors that generate more choice and flexibility in the furniture we anticipate making next year.

Large and small details are pored over and improved in the showroom changes. We have fitted and adopted the latest Blum drawer runner. It is an expensive change but we now have an incredibly smooth operating drawer with an advanced level of adjustment. We are adding choices in interiors offering more contemporary styling without losing the solid wood bias.

A small detail is our custom made magnetic catch system. Completely concealed with an integral natural leather damper it is simply gorgeous. The sound of a door closing is a joy. The adjustment gives our installation teams full control of door alignment. We believe the way this is made and fitted to each cabinet will give Edmondson Interiors one more edge of reliability over other companies.

We have designed a Utility Room that will cause many people to smile in 2016. The laundry cupboard has two surprises on the inside that will just need to be seen. The dog washing facility is something we have made a few times but now it will be seen in the showroom. The Utility Room illustrates how organised a utility space can be.

A traditional framed oak kitchen has been fitted with a Mercury Range Cooker. The oak we have used is straight grained and without any knots. The larder cupboard has had the close attention of our project management team to illustrate what is possible.

Porcelain floor and wall tiles are new and enable us to offer something very special indeed from Domus tiles. We are able to proficiently supply and install the Domus range. These tiles are, we believe, the most practical answer for a busy kitchen.

We worked hard to complete the changes for the grand Showroom Opening Event in mid February. Feel free to drop in to our base in Goudhurst, Kent to see the changes as they occur. Stage two will follow immediately and by Easter we will complete our provocative redesign of our cutting edge Kitchen Design Showroom.
