On the staircase between the offices and the changing showroom at Edmondson Interiors in Goudhurst, Kent there is a large notice board. This board is covered with hand written letters and cards congratulating Edmondson Interiors or Bespoke Kitchens as we were formerly known, for their fabulous work, creative designs, professionalism, quality craftsmanship, superb fitting & finishing, the team’s sense of humour and lots more.
Edmondson Interiors have been creating quality bespoke kitchens since 1995, and many of their incredibly loyal clients return to work with Edmondson interiors whenever they have a new interiors project needing quality furniture.
These testimonials or kind words often go back to times when people wrote formal letters of gratitude, before modern methods of expressing thanks on Interior Design portals likeHouzz, social media or email.

“It’s about time that we wrote to you to thank you and your team for the kitchen that you created for us earlier this year. We have been enjoying it for some months now and can truly say that it meets the high expectations we had when we commissioned you.
At the outset we were very clear that we knew what we wanted – something clean and simple, modern in style but at home in a rural setting and compatible with the listed building in which it would be housed. Simon understood immediately what we needed and created a design that we could agree straightaway. Of course, simple design is the most difficult to deliver effectively and the devil is, as always, in the detail. The attention to detail at the design stage and then in the delivery was exceptional – from the handmade wooden knobs reflecting a shape we suggested, to the open shelving and the best way to fashion steps down into the kitchen that also allowed access to hidden pipework. This process with considerable skill and not a little patience. The time and effort that was put in during this stage really shows in the finished work. Installation and finishing was also of the same high standard. David Hart spend considerable time ensuring that it all fitted perfectly and Ali produced an immaculate finish to the paintwork.
The result is a Joy: Exactly what we wanted: and much admired by everyone who has seen it. We will be in touch in the New year to discuss the panelling in the adjacent space to tie in with the new kitchen.”
