Edmondson Interiors are pleased to announce that Masterchef : The Professionals finalist Sven-Hanson Britt will be cooking live in our showrooms on Thursday, October 1st.
Thanks to our partners at Miele, Sven will be demonstrating his full range of culinary expertise for an exclusive group of Edmondson clients.
His seven-year stint at The Ritz ended in January 2015 after appearing on MasterChef: The Professionals. A journey of self-discovery, the show cemented Sven’s love for food,
Sven’s passion is to work with ingredients that mean something to him, making the dish much more that just a sum of it’s parts. Whether that means livestock that has been carefully reared or vegetables that are picked moments before being served on the plate. For Sven, designing and cooking a menu is a direct expression of what is outside the window at the time.
It is all very well looking at appliances in a showroom and hearing what they can do, but there is no substitute for the sizzle of a pan, the aroma of fresh ingredients and a dish packed full of flavour.
This will be a wonderful evening and we cannot wait to see a master at work.
