Here at Weald Kitchen Makers we are passionate about the right use of materials. As I walk through the workshop in the morning I am greeted by a wall of oak drawers boxes, ready and waiting for their intended cabinet. Each and every one has been hand drafter with that very simple detail, the dovetail joint. Over the years we have looked at modern alternatives in the form of Blum, however we still fall back on our traditional methods. These methods afford us the flexibility to customise and tailor to the customers needs.
There are some very exciting joints out there of which we would love to use but the good old trusted dovetail does the job everytime.
